1. Can I make my reservation and pay on arrival?
Yes, if you make your reservation through our website we will only request a credit card in guarantee credit and we will only make charges in the event of cancellations with penalty according of the date indicated in your reservation. *In some dates of high season it will be necessary to make the payment in advance, this can be verified in the reservation process.
2. What are the check-in and check-out times?
All entries are from 3 pm and departure at 12 pm. All customers who book directly on our website or via telephone or email have the benefit of early check-in or late check-out always subject to availability and upon request.
3. Is the room smoke-free?
Yes, all our rooms are smoke-free, however the hotel has specific areas to smoke like the terraces and balconies.
4. Is breakfast included in the rate? What does it consist of?
By booking directly, we include breakfast in the rate. This includes per person one dish of the menu, juice, a basket of bread and coffee.
5. How close is the hotel to the beach?
The hotel is 2 minutes walking to the nearest beach.
6. What is the maximum occupancy per room?
We have rooms with a king size bed with a maximum capacity of 2 people and rooms with
2 queen beds with a maximum capacity of 4 people. By hotel policy there should always be an adult in the room.

7. What is the extra cost per person?
All our rates include single or double basis (1 or 2 people). The third and/or fourth person
in the room you will have to pay an additional cost depending on the age. Additional under 4
to 10 years they must pay $ 100 mxn per night. People from 11 years old must pay $ 200
mxn per night.
8. Do you have additional services such as transportation, tours or reservations at beach clubs?
We have concierge service at the hotel, who can provide you with the best assistance to reserve
tours, day trips and lounge chairs at beaches, dinners and much more to make your trip a unforgettable experience.
9. Does the hotel have parking?
We do not have our own parking, however, just one block away there is a
paid parking. You can consult us by telephone about prices according to the season.
10. Do you have COVID 19 protocols?
We are fully prepared to receive you by taking all the measures and protocols
